Commercial Champions
Your building has an opportunity to be recognized and rewarded for your property’s transportation amenities and sustainable initiatives. Whether your property is a commercial or mixed-use, being a Champion can make a positive impact for visitors and tenants traveling to/from your property.
Through your partnership with Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP), your property will see immediate benefits, including:
- Site plan compliance
- Operational cost savings
- Attract and retain tenants
- Meet LEED and sustainability goals
- Improved tenant/employee health, well-being, and satisfaction
- Community visibility
- Competitive advantage and increased marketability
As a Champion, you’ll receive great perks and opportunities to be featured around the County. Every Champion is recognized and rewarded; however, the higher your level, the more benefits your commercial property receives.
